Supervision Of Public Opinion And Judicial Justice

Nowadays,the supervision of public opinion in the news network has great influence on the judicial activities of the courts and other organs.In order to ensure the fair realization of the judiciary,it is necessary for the judicial organs to screen and guide the public opinion.How to restrain and avoid the negative side of public opinion and make it play a real supervisory role is of great benefit to promote the construction of the rule of law in our country.Based on this,this paper analyzes the relationship between judicial justice and public opinion supervision,combining with the current academic research basis,puts forward my own views and suggestions.This paper is divided into three parts:the introduction,the text and the conclusion.The introduction is to indicate that there is the objective fact that public opinion influences the judicial justice at present,and the importance of the relationship between the two is clearly dealt with.The text is divided into four chapters,and the first chapter introduces the definition of judicial justice and public opinion supervision.The second chapter introduces the relationship between judicial justice and public opinion supervision.The third chapter is about the current situation of the supervision of public opinion and the insufficiency of the judicial response to the supervision of public opinion.The fourth chapter introduces foreign experience and puts forward some suggestions.
