Analysis Of The Present Situation Of Contemporary Farmers' Justice View And Study On The Cultivation Countermeasures

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our party has always adhered to the development ideology centered on the people,made historic achievements in reform,opening up,and socialist modernization,and historic changes have taken place in the cause of the party and the state.The main contradictions in our society have changed.The people not only put forward higher requirements for material and cultural life,but also have growing demands on democracy,the rule of law,fairness,justice,security,and the environment.The issue of fairness and justice has increasingly become a "barometer" reflecting the people's need for a better life.This paper uses the theory of fairness and the investigation method to investigate the status quo of the justice in the six villages of three towns and villages in Yongchuan District of Chongqing City.The data are used to analyze the problems existing in the current peasant justice concept,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The first part: Introduction.It consists of the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the ideas and methods of research,research innovation and difficulties.The second part: the related concepts and discussion of the concept of justice.This part summarizes and analyzes the specific concepts of justice and justice through relevant literature,and from the Chinese traditional culture,the fairness of Marx and Engels,the theory of justice in the West,the Chinese Communists' discussion on the issue of justice,and the socialist core values.The five levels of the concept of justice are outlined in the face of justice theory.The third part: the empirical investigation of the status quo of farmers' justice.This part is divided into two parts: survey design and survey results.Firstly,the survey object and the questionnaire design ideas are explained.Secondly,according to the data of 1030 valid questionnaires from 6 villages in 3 towns surveyed by Yongchuan District of Chongqing City,Survey results.The fourth part: the analysis of the problems and causes of the peasants' concept of justice.This part combines the data,analyzes the problems existing in the current peasants' concept of justice,and concludes that there are certain obstacles to the popularization of socialist core values in rural areas,the rural revitalization strategy needs to be further implemented,the credibility of the grassroots government is slightly lacking,and the peasants' ideological politics There are four reasons for the improvement of cultural literacy.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of contemporary farmers' concept of justice.According to the problems analyzed in the fourth part,this part puts forward the problem: guiding the peasants to cultivate and practice the socialist core values,implementing the rural revitalization strategy,improving the rural environment,strengthening the ideological and organizational guidance of the grassroots government,and further strengthening and improving the peasant thinking.Political work and other four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.
