In 1982,the Chinese People's Armed Police Force was established to undertake the national mission.Its main functions include: anti-terrorism,maritime rights protection,anti-narcotics,emergency rescue and other work to safeguard national border security.No substantive statistics have been made on the number of soldiers returned to China every year.The data are classified as military secrets of national defense.At least 2 million veterans are added every year,of which nearly 600,000 are returned to the armed police force.Among them,only less than 20% of the total number of veterans meet the resettlement policy every year.The remaining more than 80% of veterans have to face the situation of self-employment and self-employment.It can be seen that the resettlement of demobilized soldiers is a major project,and it is of great significance for the long-term development of society.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the full text combs the existing theory and previous research results by using literature analysis method,mainly including employment related theory,re-employment human resources management theory and military re-employment related human resources management theory.Secondly,on the basis of grasping the relevant theoretical knowledge of reemployment as a whole,this paper explores the current situation of reemployment of YG frontier Detachment soldiers by using case study method and questionnaire survey method,and finds out the existing problems.These problems include: the limitation of the training process,incomplete training content and other difficulties,reemployment channels.It is difficult for the armed police to go to work quickly.Combining with the specific problems,the reasons are analyzed,that is,unreasonable curriculum setting,inadequate mobilization of government policy resources and social resources,inadequate investigation of re-employment of re-employment of re-employment of armed police,and the attitude ofpersonal character to re-employment of armed police determine the problems of re-employment.Finally,combined with the above reasons,put forward reasonable countermeasures,namely: improve the training system of reemployment and resettlement,increase the opportunity of reemployment,ease the pressure of reemployment,and provide a reference for solving the problem of reemployment of reemployed soldiers.
