Learning Study Of The Problem Of Armed Police Detachment Command

With the deeply development of the world's new military revolution,each army sets off a crazy to build the learning army.Especially under the huge background hat our army and the armed police forces are accelerating the construction of modernization and also increase the force under the condition of operation capability based on the information system.Building the learning military has become an irresistible trend,while for the command which being the decision maker and command organ to say,starting to build the learning organization also become the key part of learning and modernization military construction.This paper is mainly about a system research on the construction of the learning organization in the armed police forces.First and foremost,based on the learning organization theory and related literature in domestic and abroad,combining the reality of armed police force command,proposing the definition,connotation and character of the learning armed police force and also sets a questionnaire.Besides,this paper designs a model of the learning armed police force command construction based on the previous research.Further more,as Ningxia armed police force command for example,researching he status quo of the learning organization construction and analyses the problem lying in the management as well as its reason.Last but not the least,on the basis of previous research,it proposes counter-measures to solve the problem of the construction of the learning armed police force command from five aspects which are changing our thinking,renew ideas,establishing a sound institutional mechanisms,promoting the activity of learning researching and practicing.The researches show the building the learning armed police force command is necessary,both on theory and practice,the real condition and the right time are also the basis direction of any army's construction development in domestic under the information condition,which plays a significant function to deal with the various challenge for the learning command improve the core competence and promote the armed police force's modernization development.
