Research On Learning Camp's Construction For Detachment Of Armed Police

Learning military organization built by various countries on the background of the rise of new military revolution. Building Learning military organization has been explored by our military since 16th national congress of CPC. The U.S. Army studied Learning military organization earlier and accumulated profound experience.The thesis conducts a systematic research on the construction of Learning Police camps. First, it proposes the common factors which influence the construction of Learning Police camps on the base of Learning organization theory, combining the character of Armed Police Force, and sets a questionnaire. Then, it analyses the degree which the factors in the questionnaire influences the construction of Learning Police camps, and summarizes the five factors. Secondly, it describes the status quo of the construction of Learning Police camps by taking an troop in NeiMeng Armed Police Force corps for example, and analyses the problem lying in the management as well as its reason. Thirdly, it does systematic analysis on the practices of U.S. army's building Learning military organization, and acquires some useful inspiration that we can improve our construction of Learning Police camps. Finally, on the basis of earlier study, it proposes counter-measures to solve the problem of the Construction of Learning Police camps from three aspects, which are changing our thinking and new ideas, establishing a sound institutional mechanisms, implementating knowledge management effectively and giving full play to advantages of grass-roots cultural work.Building the learning military organization is adapting to the new revolution in military affairs to cope with information warfare,it is the only way to sustainable competitive advantage. Building the learning military organization can improve the military , organization learning,improve the military s core competencies,while the military ,organizations staff :leadership,cultural,instirutional and other elements as a whole,and jointly promote innovation in military development.
