A Study To Solve The Problem About Collection And Sharing In Government-Big-Data Of Xinjiang Autonomous Region

In the context of today’s Big-Data era,the maturity of cloud-computing and cloud-storage-technology has greatly promoted the efficiency and changed the ways of data use,also changed the knowledge of data,also changed the understanding of data: data is valuable.Big-data has provided all aspects of services in the field of E-Commerce and achieved,but we should further explorer that how to play a role in E-Government for Big-Data.In the process of changing government functions,E-Government brings together huge amounts of data to form an application system based on Government-Big-Data,which can promote this process in Smart-Citiy and convenience services for people.At the same time,the huge amount of data collected can also provide strongly support for government departmental decision and prediction of government decision by corresponding analysis.,induction and statistical data.The purpose of this paper is to explore the reality of the transformation of government functions.During the E-government construction of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the collection of Government-Big-Data and the sharing of government affairs Big-Data,it is proposed to ensure the real,effective and fast collection of government big data from the source.It is proposed to ensure that all departments can complete the real,fast and on-demand exchange of data across departments without repeated construction in the use of Government-Big-Data.Firstly,from the analysis of the data in the development process of E-Government in Xinjiang Autonomous Region,the problems in the emergence stage are found from the comparison between history and current situation,that is,the data collection is inaccurate and unreal,and the sharing is not timely or real.Secondly,Analyze the problems and causes of the problems of collection and sharing in Xinjiang.Finally,propose the ideas and methods to solve the problems from the 6 aspects : organization,technology,standards,policies,funds and supervision,to give some ideas and inspirations for the development of Government-Big-Data in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
