| The construction of the police force in detention center is the basis of the sustainable development of the police supervision and even the whole police work.The research on the construction of the police force in detention center will help to improve the theoretical system of the police force construction in detention center and make up for the deficiency of the research theory.As a large and strong professional police in the public security team,the police force in detention center plays a decisive role in the construction of the whole police force.Taking the detention center of Dongying City as an example,this paper studies the construction of the police force in detention center,probes into the problems existing in the construction of the police force in detention center,and tries to find out the solutions,which will help to improve the theoretical system of public security work and make up for the gaps in the field of team building.Secondly,it broadens the research field of detention center and provides reference for the perfection and construction of detention center work theory.Finally,it corrects people’s previous understanding of the inherent deviation of the police force in detention centers,strengthens people’s deeper understanding and understanding of the construction of the police force in detention centers,helps to reform the construction of the police force in detention centers,and realizes the sustainable development of the work in detention centers.The study points out that the problems in the construction of the police force in the detention center of Dongying City lie in the imperfection of the construction mechanism of the police force in the detention center,the unreasonable knowledge structure of the police force in the detention center,the formalization of the continuing education of the police force in the detention center,the job burnout of the police force in the detention center,and so on.This paper analyses the problems existing in the construction of the police force in the detention center of Dongying City,which are due to the lagging of the system construction,the lagging of the classification management level of the police force,the lack of clear understanding of the team construction,the lagging of the cultural construction of the police force in the detention center,and the puzzlement of the professional exhaustion of the police force in the detention center.In view of this,on the basis of investigation and research,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of the police force in detention centers,including strengthening the police force system,knowledge and skills,team classification,team culture and supervision mode. |
