Research On Performance Management Of Public Security Bureau Of Dongying Branch

As an increasingly important method, performance management has been applied togovernment and public sector administration. Western countries have some success in publicperformance management. As for our country, although some of China's governmentdepartments have begun to attempt performance management in their management, it still inthe initial stage. The theory is far from being mature. And the study on the performancemanagement of public security departments is rare. Therefore, exploration of performancemanagement of public security departments which suits China's conditions is very meaningful.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of performance management of PublicSecurity Bureau of Dongying Dongying Branch, combined with the actual situation.
