Cooperation Between China And Tajikistan In Combating Cross-border Drug Crimes

In recent years,with the development of global economic integration,cross-border drug crimes between countries have become more and more serious,which has aroused great concern and attention from all countries in the world.Drug-related crimes not only cause personal injury and property loss,but also affect individuals' contribution to social and economic development through active labor.Cross-border drug crimes have a negative impact on the social tranquility of relevant countries and regions as well as the stability of the whole world to a certain extent.Therefore,drug crime is not only included as a domestic crime in the domestic law,but also as an international crime into the scope of international legal sanctions.China and Tajikistan have always maintained friendly relations,and both countries are located in the "golden crescent" region,which is an important channel for the outflow of drugs.Therefore,the drug control cooperation between the two countries can not only effectively solve the harm brought to the country by cross-border drug crimes,but also have important significance to the drug control work in the world.In this paper,the author set up in China and Tajikistan on anti-drug legal system and specific practice on the basis of cooperation,based on the relevant theoretical research of international cooperation in drug control to introduce China and Tajikistan border between the two countries presents the characteristics of drug crimes and cross-border drug crimes on the impact of the two countries,then expounds to the cooperation in drug control measures as well as in cooperation in drug control in the various difficulties,finally brings forward to the cooperation idea to crack down on cross-border drug crimes,to expect this paper research content for between China and Tajikistan to carry out all-round,multi-level and multi-field cooperation in drug control to provide the beneficial help.
