Research On Exchange Work And Mutual Assistance In The Jin-Sui Border Area During The Anti-Japanese War

The Mutual Aid Movement in Jin-Sui Border Area is an important way for the Chinese Communist Party to conduct social mobilization in the anti-Japanese base areas.The Jin-Sui Border Area is a remote area of North China.It is located in the backward rural area.It is one of the main revolutionary bases created by the Chinese Communist Party during the AntiJapanese War.It also acts as a barrier to the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.Before the Anti-Japanese War,the agricultural production in the Jin-Sui Border Area has been following the original way,with extensive cultivation and low productivity.Every time a natural disaster occurs,the masses are facing serious difficulties in basic life.After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the Jin-Sui Border Area was ravaged by the Japanese army and the destruction and disturbance of the Kuomintang and Yen His-shan,which caused the loss of the Jin-Sui Border Area,which was quite backward.In order to reverse this difficult situation and win the final victory of the war of resistance,the Chinese Communist Party responded to Chairman Mao's call for “organizing” and launched a vigorous and largescale production movement in the entire border area.In the large-scale production movement,the peasants in the vast base areas have developed and created forms of mutual labor assistance with local characteristics on the basis of the original mutual assistance of the people.There are rotating farming,disrupting farming and changing teams,labor and military cooperation groups,cooperatives,etc.,and have made a preliminary change in the traditional habits of one household to produce labor in rural areas for thousands of years.The field of mutual assistance and mutual assistance has also expanded from agricultural production to consumption,transportation,textiles,livestock and other fields.Under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,the Jin-Sui Border Region has formed an effective model based on organizational methods,propaganda methods and educational methods through organization of the people to carry out the work of exchange work and mutual assistance.Mutual cooperation has not only enhanced cohesion,promoted economic development based on agricultural production in the border areas,broke the economic blockade of Japanese imperialism and the Kuomintang diehards,and consolidated the leadership of the Communist Party in the grassroots regime of the Jin-Sui Border Area and promoted the victory of the war of resistance.
