From "Imagination" To Reality:The Practice And Generating Mechanism Of Villagers' Public Cooperation

This study takes the public cooperation in rural society as an issue,tries to tap the endogenous public resources of the village,and analyzes its role in cooperation so as to promote the villagers to carry out cooperative autonomy.Choosing two villages,Lu Village and He Village,as a case for comparative analysis,taking the activities of spontaneous organization of public goods in the village to provide public goods as an entry point,and excavating the cognitive concepts shared within the village in the field of cooperative practice,and then They are placed in the structure of the village society and the cooperation and interaction of the villagers to examine and analyze the operating mode of these shared concepts,and try to present the practical mechanism of the villagers' cooperation under the social structure of different villages.Through a comparative analysis of the cooperation process and cooperation mechanism between the two villages,the study found that: Under the diversified and scattered village structure,villagers in He Village spontaneously raised funds,organized consultations and cooperated,and passed "Village Commissioning,Elite Agents—Reconstruction and Identification".The practice mechanism of "autonomous game" completes the cooperative action.In the clan-united Lu Village,the villagers established a council through self-organization to raise funds,collaborate and organize cooperative activities,and complete the road repairing task through the "Cooperative Leaders-Establish Council-Elite Mobilization" council cooperation model..In short,under different regions and different social structures,villagers' spontaneous organizations have completed their supply of public goods along different paths of cooperation,reflecting the diversity of organizational paths.The first chapter mainly introduces the research origin,academic significance and research design,and briefly summarizes the research status of this topic in the current academic circle.The second chapter is "cooperative practice mechanism under the structure of plural and decentralized villages",which combines the village's structural overview,analyzes the expression and operation of shared perceptions of villagers in cooperative practice,and elaborates their internal cooperation mechanisms.The third chapter,"Cooperative Model of Farmers' Council" under the village structure of clan villages,combines the structural overview of Lu Village,and analyzes the formal operation of the board of directors system in the process of cooperation and the strategic operations of its internal shared knowledge.The fourth chapter,"Comparative Analysis of Two Cooperative Mechanisms",mainly studies the cooperation practices of two villages from three aspects: village structure,elite groups,and intrinsic "cultural publicity",thus revealing the differences in their cooperation mechanisms..The fifth chapter "Conclusion and discussion" further summarizes the cooperation mechanism between the two villages,reveals the diversity of villagers' autonomous organization cooperation under different regions and different social structures,and points out the shortcomings and prospects of this study.
