This article takes an in-depth study on Marx's early political work Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right(Hereinafter called Critique),aiming to explore the democratic thought of this work.In addition to the introduction,this article mainly expounds the following three parts:The first part analyzes the reasons for the thought of democracy in Critique was put forward.Marx critiqued Prussian autocracy and concerns for the separation of civil society and the state,which prompt him to turn to the criticism of Hegel's theory of state and begin to find ways to realize human democracy and freedom.In the second part,this article expounds the main content of democratic thought in Critique with two chapters.Among them,the former part expounds Marx's criticism of Hegel's discourse on constitutional monarchy,bureaucratic politics,hierarchical parliament and so on.What's more,it shows that Marx expounds the basic content and realization of democracy in this critical process,including the administrative management of the people's sovereignty,constitutionalism of people and the universal suffrage.The latter part summarizes Marx's basic stipulation of democracy in Critique,which to highlight the real significance of Marx's early democratic thought.The third part focuses on the theoretical value of democratic thought in Critique,which express from the three aspects of communist theory,the current chaos of democratic ideas and the construction of Chinese democratic politics.
