Study On The Problems,causes And Countermeasures Of The Relationship Between The Cadres And The Masses In Urban Communities

Adhering to the mass line and maintaining close relations between the cadres and the masses is the essential requirement of Marxist political parties.The relationship between the cadres and the masses is related to the long-term development of the country and determines the success or failure of the party.It has always been a major concern of the party and the state.Urban communities serve as the basic link in the party's mass work policy system,community cadres play an important role in condensing community residents and promoting community development,how the relationship between urban community cadres and the masses will directly affect the party's ruling foundation at the grassroots level and the harmony and stability of our society.Therefore,how to effectively implement the party's mass line and close the relationship between urban community cadres and the masses in community governance is particularly important.This paper takes the relationship between community cadres and the masses in the grassroots cities as the research object,uses the case comparison method,and uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the in-depth interview method in the specific data collection process to analyze the problems,causes and measures of the relationship between the three types of community cadres and the masses in L Street,W City.The type community is the mixed old Q community,the unit old H community and the new commercial housing J community.The results of the survey and analysis show that the relationship between the mixed old Q community cadres and the masses is the best compared with the H community and the J community.The results of the analysis of the dimensions of the three types of community cadres and the masses have certain differences,but the overall status of the relationship between the cadres and the masses in the three community has a great commonality.The relationship between the three types of community cadres and the masses is generally weak,and they are all in a kind of“low cognition”,“weak interaction” and “weak emotion”.The reasons for the alienation of urban community cadres and the masses are more complicated,and the formation of their alienation state is the result of the interaction of various factors.It has the common factors influencing the development of urban communities and interests,institutions,cadres,and masses in the context of the times.It also has external characteristics such as the size,closure,and architectural form of different types of communities and the individualized influence factors of the internal nature of the community.Effectively close the relationship between urban community cadres and the masses under the conditions of the new era,we must start from identifying the main interests of community residents,improving the construction of community systems,strengthening the construction of community cadres,and improving the overall quality of residents,so as to deepen the connection and interaction between community cadres and the masses.And enhance residents' positive feelings and recognition of community cadres,promote the establishment of “strong relationship” between community cadres and the masses,and finally build a close relationship between cadres and the masses of urban communities,and implement the party's mass line,consolidate the party's ruling foundation in the grassroots community,and promote the harmony and stability of our society.
