Financial Support Policies And Effect Analysis Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Yangjiang City

Under the new normal of economic development featuring structural adjustment,kinetic energy conversion and slowing growth,the real economy,especially the large number of small and micro enterprises,is undergoing a period of survival of the fittest in the market.The CPC central committee,the state council and small and micro businesses have high expectations for financial support for small and micro businesses.At present,the financial services of small and micro enterprises in China have entered a crucial stage of "gnawing hard bones".On the one hand,due to the low level management of small and micro enterprises and the deterioration of the current business environment,the problem of difficult and expensive financing still exists.On the other hand,in recent years,the central and local governments at all levels have introduced various policies and measures to support the development of small and micro enterprises.However,with the gradual exposure of risks of small and micro enterprises,the implementation effect of relevant policies still needs to be tested and proved by practice.The first part is the summary of the thesis,including the background,purpose,significance,overall structure and innovation of the thesis research.This paper mainly reviews domestic and foreign research literature on small and micro enterprises and financial support policies of small and micro enterprises to consolidate the research foundation of this paper.The second part is the basic research on the financial support policies of small and micro enterprises and small and micro enterprises in Yangjiang city.Part is the status quo of the development of small and micro enterprises in Yangjiang city and the status quo of financial services of small and micro enterprises in Yangjiang city,which provides a realistic basis for the follow-up investigation and research of this paper.The other part is the connotation and evolvement of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises,which constitute the policy basis of this paper.The third part firstly uses Delphi method to establish the evaluation index system of the effect of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises in Yangjiang city.Then the effect of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises in Yangjiang city is evaluated and analyzed.Among them,entropy method was used to calculate the weight valueof quantitative indexes,and the evaluation results of each quantitative evaluation index were obtained.Qualitative indicators are analyzed and evaluated through questionnaires,interviews and other forms to summarize the main effects and problems of financial support policies for small and micro enterprises in Yangjiang city.The fourth part is based on the part of Yangjiang city small and micro enterprise financial support policy evaluation,combined with the local reality,put forward targeted suggestions for improvement.The possible innovations of this project :(1)This project takes Yangjiang city,where the local private small and micro enterprises are active in development,as the research object to evaluate the implementation effect of its financial support policies.(2)Under the circumstance that financial support for small and micro enterprises has been extensively studied,the author diverts his thoughts,conducts in-depth investigation and thinks rationally to explore and study the financial policy paths of local government to promote the healthy development of small and micro enterprises.
