Research On The Problems And Governance Strategies Of Online Interactive Politics Of Government New Media In The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

Since the launch of the government Internet project in the late 1990 s,online politics has become an important channel for political and civil interactions,and it has become an important target for building a service-oriented government.From the initial government portal,the leadership mailbox,message board,to the government microblog,government WeChat,government application APP and other series of new government media,it can be said that the development of new government media and online politics is also on the rise.With the continuous deepening of "Internet + government services",the network administration of government new media has achieved initial achievements.Among them,four government new media,including government website,government microblog,government WeChat,and government application APP,have It has gradually been accepted by the majority of Internet users and has become an indispensable political channel for Internet users to participate in political life.Although the new media of government affairs is currently developing very well,its network politics function still has some problems in content construction,netizen participation,service effect,quality of policy,platform development,and functional design.This paper studies the related literatures on network politics and government affairs and new media in recent years,based on the four most important government media websites,government microblogs,government affairs WeChat,and government affairs APP.At present,the practice cases of governments at all levels,through the questionnaire method,understand the current situation of the development of government affairs new media network,and analyze the six aspects of the existence of government affairs new media network.First,the proportion of interactive content is low,lack of topic linkage;second,the degree of collaborative integration is not high,and the overall service level is insufficient;third,the platform development is not balanced,the political channels are insufficiently publicized;fourth,the response and communication are insufficient,and the quality of network communication is Low;the fifth is that the design of the political function is unreasonable,the user experience is not good;the sixth is the disorderly participation of netizens,and there are many network rumors.Based on the theory of participatory democracy,new public service theory and citizen participation theory,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of problems from the aspects of network politics,mechanism,planning,talent team,etc.,and summarizes and improves the governance strategy,which can be used for China's government affairs.The new media network provides reference for political construction and development.To promote the healthy and orderly development of network politics,we need to strengthen the design of the top level of network politics,establish and improve the legal regulation of network politics,improve the long-term mechanism of network politics,promote the integration of government new media,and strengthen the construction and promotion of specialized talents.The netizen network has taken care of the six aspects of political literacy,and continuously improved the quality and effectiveness of the government's new media network,and built a high-quality network of politics in the new era.
