Malaysia and China are friendly neighbors,and the two countries have a long history of diplomatic relations.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the joint efforts of the leaders of the two countries,China-Malaysia relations have developed to an unprecedented height.The MCA is one of the member states of Malaysia's then ruling party,the National Front.The party members are all composed of Malaysian Chinese and play an important role in Malaysian politics.Since 2008,the MCA has actively developed relations with the Chinese government and the private sector and has achieved certain results.Since the Chinese government proposed the “Belt and Road Initiative”,the MCA has been actively responding to this call and promoting promotion in Malaysia.Malaysia has become a fulcrum country for China to promote the“Belt and Road Initiative” and promote regional diplomacy.Studying the role of the MCA in China-Malaysia relations has important reference significance for the formulation of China's foreign policy.In addition,the particularity of the Chinese ruling party of the MCA has important academic research value.Based on the perspective of party politics,this paper comprehensively discusses the political dilemma and political status of the MCA,and analyzes the motivation of the MCA to promote the development of bilateral relations from the perspective of party diplomacy.The guild promoted the development of bilateral relations and looked forward to the future development of the MCA and its role in China-Malaysia relations.
