In recent years,a series of state and government at all levels of policy document to encourage social forces to set up pension support services,non-profit private pension service agencies on the number and size are all revealed a trend of rapid development.one of the key problems in developing,is the problem of talent supply.Policy supply fatigue,weakness of cultivating supply,due to the internal supply,as well as the lack of overall supply and demand research evaluation,lead to xiamen talent supply and demand imbalances of non-profit private pension services.On the one hand,the aggregate supply of the elderly service personnel is inadequate to meet the growing needs of the elderly.On the other hand,the existing structure of talent supply and actual demand imbalances in the elderly,it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly diversity,individuation,the problem of the supply of talent in non-profit private pension service agencies operating condition,one of the main reasons for restricting the further development.The article is based on the present status of the trend of China's aging population and pension,taking xiamen city as the research object,take the literature research,survey research and other research methods,from xiamen,non-profit private pension service agencies talent supply problem analysis,such as voluntary failure,reform of the "supply side" theory as the analysis path,combined with domestic and foreign institutions endowment service supply experience for reference,from the policy supply,internal supply,cultivating supply multiple aspects,such as system solutions and measures to promote the fairness of non-profit private pension service agencies,standard and sustainable development,promote the effective implementation of endowment path.
