Research On The Application Of Information Technology Ingovernment Departments

At the end of the 20 th century,information technology has been widely used in all countries of the world,covering almost all aspects of life,and has become an indispensable universal technology.Under the background of information age,various government organizations in China are carrying out the application and innovation of information technology,and vertical closed organizations such as G Bureau are no exception.This paper takes the application of an information query and analysis system(IT)in vertical closed organizations such as G Bureau as a case study.On the basis of the existing research on the relationship between technology and organization,based on the analysis framework of mutual structure theory,TAM theory is introduced as a supplement,and from the perspective of diachronic analysis,it follows the analysis logic of "human-technology" and "technology-human".The process of human-technology interaction in the application of information technology in Bureau G.It is found that in vertical closed organizations such as G Bureau,there are great cognitive differences and utility differences in the use of information technology among different levels and departments.It is also because of these differences that they show different attitudes and behaviors in the application of information technology.The interaction of the two forces them to adopt different approaches.It also affects the use of information technology.Moreover,not only the strategies of different actors have an impact on the use of information technology,but also the in-depth use of information technology itself in the organization,to a certain extent,affects the structure of the organization and the choice of strategies of different actors,shaping the organization.It is the relationship between technology and human that makes them match,transcending simple binary opposition or connection,and realizing mutual construction from a more complex and profound level.Therefore,on the basis of the above research,this paper explores the power logic existing in the process of G bureau's human-technology interaction,finds out the existing problems and tries to put forward optimization strategies in order to provide feasible analysis ideas and optimization schemes for the study of the application of information technology in such vertical closed government organizations.
