Research On Evaluation Of Educational Correction Effectiveness Of Chief Policeman Of The Prison Team

Since the reform and opening up,social security and stability have always been the guarantee of China's social and economic development.Prison is the last barrier to maintain social security and stability,and undertakes the task of educating and correcting criminals.As the main body of law enforcement in prison,the chief policeman of the prison team undertakes the ultimate task of education and reform of criminals.The effect of education and correction of criminals is closely related to their work effectiveness,which therefore has an important influence on social security and stability.Then how to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team? Although the current prison system has a variety of assessment methods and standards for prison police,it lacks a set of standards and systems for evaluation of the effectiveness of educational correction of the chief policeman of the prison team.Therefore,it is of great urgence to establish such a system.Based on this,this paper mainly studieson the establishment and implementation of the evaluation systemfor educational correction effectivness of the chief policeman of the prison team.Firstly,the basic concepts of the chief policeman of the prison team and educaitonal correction are studied,and the key words of effectiveness,performance and effect are defined,so as to establish a clear understanding of the concept and connotation of the evaluation of the educational correction effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team.Secondly,it constructs the analysis framework of the evaluation of educational correction effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team.Starting from the current situation of the evaluation system,this paper introduces the four main bodies of the effectiveness evaluation,screens the five object indicators of the effectiveness evaluation,summarizes the relevant evaluation basis,and explains the criteria of the evaluation of educational correction effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team.On this basis,the method of evaluating the educational correction effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team is introduced.According to the principles and ideas of this evaluation,the evaluation system for the educational correction effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team is constructed,and the evaluation methodis introduced,thus the relevantmathematical model,implementation method and analysis method are obtained.Combining the above systems and methods,and taking achief policeman of a team in S prison as an example,this paper conducts an empirical study on the evaluation of educational correction effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team.By introducing the sociological information of a prison team in S prison,this paper comprehensively evaluates and analyses the chief policeman of the prison team,and finds out the reasons for the inefficiency of chief policeman of the prison team.Finally,in view of the current situation of the development of the educational correction effectiveness of the chief policeman of the prison team,three countermeasures are put forward: at the goal level,a systematic design focused on “the fundamental Security Concept” should be implemented;at the environmental level,the design of relevant systems and platformsshould be improved;and at the individual level,the individual quality of the chief policeman of the prison team should be enhanced.
