The Construction Of The Evaluation System For The Correction Work Of Prisoners Based On BSC

Prisons are the organs of execution of punishments by the state.The purpose of penalty determines the establishment of penalty execution system,which,as an important system of prison,directly affects the realization of the purpose of penalty.Under the new period,the Central Political and Legal Commission has put forward that the central task of prison work is to educate and reform prisoners,that is,to "reform people as the center and improve the quality of prisoner reform in an all-round way".However,in the process of executing penalties,the situation of "emphasizing production,neglecting reform,emphasizing management and neglecting education" still exists to a certain extent,and there is no systematic comment on the education and reform of prisoners.This paper will focus on improving the level of education and reform of prisoners,study how to better play the role of prisons,through the study and exploration of the theory of the purpose of punishment,use the Balanced Scorecard to build an evaluation system of prisoners' education and reform.Taking a prison in Guangdong Province as an example,this paper investigates the implementation of prison penalty and the reform of prisoners by means of official data collection,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,qualitative and quantitative analysis,finds out the problems existing in the execution of prison penalty,finds out the root causes,and then constructs a multi-dimensional education for prisoners.Reform the work evaluation system to promote the improvement of the level of education and reform of prisoners.
