The universities’non-party representatives, hereinafter referred to as NPR, is an important force which promotes China’s development of society and economy. During the process of practicing the mind of "concentric" under the new situation and achieving the "Chinese dream", it is demanded to improve the level and quality of united front in college, which is also an important part of united front work. Therefore, it has become a major issue to learn the current situation, comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the result master its influence factors and constantly improve the level of team management of universities’NPR Four tasks have been completed in this study:(1) Systematic analyzing of the status quo of universities’NPR team in order to learn its current distribution structure, basic features, problems; (2) Building an indicators system and evaluating the performance of universities’ NPR team management (26 evaluation index were selected, based on the perspective of "state-society-party" and definition’s the connotation and denotation of productive level of universities’NPR team management, to build an evaluation indicator system, which was divided in five dimensions, including political consultation, democratic supervision, participation, social services and professional business. The principal component method was used to weight indicators. The scores of he performance of universities’NPR team management is 3.82 which shows that the effect of NPR team management in colleges is relatively ideal, above the average. But the abilities of political consultation, democratic supervision, participation, social services and professional business need to be improved.); (3) Finding out the influence factors of performance of NPR team management(Combined with the related research and the actual situation of universities’NPR team management, based on the analysis framework of theory of tissue, A questionnaire was designed to find out the influence factors of performance of NPR team management. Political construction, organization construction, cultural construction, system construction and safeguard measures as explanatory variables, five dimensions for productive level of team construction as the dependent variables, a multivariate regression analysis was done. The results reveals that the guarantee measures influences political consultation, system construction influences democratic supervision and participation, political construction influences social services, cultural construction influences professional business strongly and respectively); (4) Bringing forward suggestions(on the base of empirical analysis, this paper focuses on insurance, system, ideology, culture to put forward the optimizing path and seek the breakthrough to strengthen the construction of universities’ NPR team).
