Xi'an High-level Talent Introduction Policy Research

With the diversification of global finance and rapidly development of global economy,collaborations between countries and regions get deepened,competition strategy of talents turned into cooperativly instead of non-cooperativly,the flow of high level talents between countries have been normal and cause fierce competition of talents consequently.In this context,xi'an government realized the disadvantages of recruiting talents and decided to change the recruiting system.T herefore,the government combined With actual situation and correlative policy and ordinated new policy of talents recruitment.The policy aimed at bringing good effects on high level talents receuitment.Although xi'an government has made some great achievements,the disparity is still notable compared with other developed cities.Therefore,combining with the related research productions and investigation,this article analysed the policy of talents recruiting and tabled detailed suggestions to help the government allure more high level talents to enhance the strength of xi'an.
