Under the background of Chinese Comprehensive Deepening Reform,how to realize the effective implementation of government reform becomes a widespread concern in academic circles.However,in reality,some public officials are neglectful of their duties,which makes policy measures stagnant in the last step during implementation.This phenomenon seriously affects the efficiency and effectiveness of the change.Cynicism of Organizational Change is a significant manifestation of this phenomenon.And Authentic Leadership,a less studied behavior in domestic research,can create honest atmosphere in the changing environment.It could be the key to alleviate the negative attitudes of subordinates during government reform.Through literature research,the hypothesis and theoretical framework were built.And by in-depth interviews and 214 questionnaires,this research made an empirical test of the hypotheses.The study found that authentic leadership has a significant negative effect on the change of cynicism.This negative relationship is by means of the change communication quality,which is the partial mediating variable.Between the change communication quality and change cynicism,the appropriateness of change plays a role of moderating variable,which means that more appropriate the change is,the stronger hindering effect on change cynicism the change communication can produce.These conclusions have practical reference value for the improvement of actual effect of government reforms in Chinese context. |
