The Historical Evolution And Realistic Thinking Of The “Double” Goal In Our Socialist Modernization

The"double"goal of modernization construction is an important part of our socialist modernization.It's proposed and developed due to the strategic vision of the Communist Party of China on the construction of China's modernization strategy.Since the new China was set up,especially after the reform and opening,the Party and the state have made hard exploration on the road of modernization and formulated different modernization strategies and the"double"goals in different periods.Reviewing the course of our modernization construction,as an important strategic deployment,the"double"goal reflects the economic structure and strategic orientation in different periods about our modernization construction and embodies the CPC's governing idea and administrative mind from the initial establishment to the continuous adjustment.Seriously researching the"double"goal of our modernization has an important guiding significance for enriching and developing the theory of the socialist modernization of our country and adhere to in taking the road of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.What's more,it has practical significance and guiding value for the realization of the Two"Double"Goals and Two Centenary Goals which proposed in the18^th CPC National Congress.This thesis combed the historical evolution systematically and summarized the basic characteristics of the"double"goal in our modernization.This thesis thinks the"double"goal has the characteristics of the long-term and multistage because it always focus on the primary stage of socialism and divide different development stage.Its indicators are qualitative and quantitative,and the index content is constantly expanding,which is practical and open.As an important strategic plan for China's modernization construction,the"double"goal is closely focus on the strategy of modernization,which contains the value of the socialist development concept and reflects the different stages of building a well-off society development goals.To realize the"double"goal,we should insist on everything from the reality and adhere to the leadership of the party.Besides,we should actively learn from the experience of other countries.At last,the thesis analyzes some concrete problems faced by our realization of the"double"goal under the new normal and offered some practical thoughts.The thesis suggested that achieving the"double"goal of the modernization construction under the new normal should be based on Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy and adhere to the development of sharing to promote the comprehensive development of economy,society and human in practice.
