The Historical Evolution And Realistic Thinking Of Chinese Urban - Rural Relation Since The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

The urban-rural relation has always been an important issue in China,which is related to the success or failure of socialist modernization in China.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,Chinese Communists have been thinking and exploring on the theory and practice of Chinese urban-rural relation,and they make a great contribution to promoting the coordinated development about Chinese urban-rural relation.Moreover,Chinese Communists have found a way of urban-rural development with Chinese characteristics.With the dual structure of urban and rural increasingly deconstructed,the integration of urban and rural is continuously advancing.Looking back on the development of Chinese urban-rural relation since the founding of the People's Republic of China,there are both successful experiences and profound lessons from failures.However,both experiences and lessons are valuable wealth,which guid us to move forward.The paper reviews the development and evolution of Chinese urban-rural relation since the founding of the People's Republic of China.On the basis of retrospective summary of historical experiences and lessons,this paper deeply thinks about the coordinated development of Chinese current urban-rural relation.In addition to the introduction part,the main content of the paper mainly includes three parts:The first part expounds the urban-rural relation of Marxist theory,and makes theoretical preparations for the next stage of research.Firstly,it summarizes the views of classical authors represented by Marx,Engels and Lenin on the theory of urban-rural relation.Then it sorts out the theory of urban-rural relation which has concluded by Chinese Communists.The second part mainly summarizes several important stages of the development and evolution of Chinese urban-rural relation since the founding of the People's Republic of China.First of all,urban-rural dual structure gradually formed in China from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the reformand opening-up.Secondly,the urban-rural dual structure began to deconstruct from the reform and opening up to the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and this is the beginning of putting balance urban and rural development.Finally,since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Chinese Communists continue to promote urban-rural integration,and the gap between urban and rural is fading.Thus urban and rural areas are moving towards integration.The third part sums up profoundly the experiences and lessons in the development and evolution of Chinese urban-rural relation,and explains the realistic necessity of coordinated development between urban and rural areas.On this basis,combined with the current situation of the development of Chinese urban-rural relations,and this part puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on promoting the integration of urban and rural development.
