Research On The Subject Of Food Safety Supervision Administrative Responsibilities

Food security is related to people’s health and safety of life. However, in recentyears, there have been a series of major food safety accidents, which not only causedamage to people’s lives and health, but also endanger the public security and thebuilding of a harmonious society. It is true that the occurrence of these events wererelated to the greed illegal businessmen who ignored the consumers’ health. Meanwhile,they reflected that food safety supervision and monitoring was remaining weak. Thesupervision department’s enforcement is lax and the law breakers refrain frompunishing. Food safety supervision and accountability are not in place theadministrative responsibility. Now in our country the most of the studies are about thecivil compensation and the administrative execution system of the food safety, fewstudies is about the supervision of the administrative responsibilities in food safety. Forthese reasons, this paper start from the administrative responsibilities, the methods oftheoretical analysis and comparative study are adopted to study the administrativeresponsibility of supervisor on food safety in China.
