In our country,the disabled group is still a vulnerable group which has been paid much attention to,and needs the necessary help and support from all walks of life.At present,the disabled groups are facing a variety of problems,employment is one of them.With the increasingly fierce competition in the employment market,it is still very difficult for the disabled to get employed.It is a challenge whether they can adapt in time after employment.Faced with the change of new status and new environment,the newly recruited disabled employees will have problems that are difficult to adapt to.If they can not be solved in time,it will affect their working status and self-development.Therefore,it is particularly important to solve the adaptation problem of newly recruited disabled employees.This requires social workers to discover the needs of new disabled employees in a timely manner,and use professional social work methods and skills to help new disabled employees alleviate the difficulties they face and get out of the predicament.Through in-depth interviews,field observations and literature research methods,this paper takes Y welfare enterprises in Jiangsu Province as an example to analyze the adaptation status,dilemma,causes of problems and needs of newly recruited disabled employees in Y welfare enterprises.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory and energy-increasing theory,this paper uses group work to improve self-awareness,interpersonal communication ability and reasonable control.In order to help the team members alleviate the adaptation problems encountered by the new recruits and get out of the difficult situation,four aspects of emotion control and work efficiency are involved in the service object.Finally,through the evaluation and reflection,I hope to provide some suggestions on the adaptation of new disabled employees in welfare enterprises,and contribute to the research and development of social work for the disabled.
