Research On The Application Of Group Work To The Social Adaptation Of Reservoir Migration

Due to the need for reservoir construction,many residents around the reservoir were forced to relocate to unfamiliar settlements and begin to live anew.Affected by various subjective and objective factors,the reservoir immigrants encountered many social adaptation problems in the resettlement areas,resulting in weak interpersonal relationship networks and lack of social support to achieve healthy development.In recent years,with the gradual emergence of social adaptation of reservoir immigrants,our country has also begun to change its traditional working methods for reservoir immigration,and actively involved social organizations,especially social work organizations,in order to provide more specialized and scientific services.The group work method is a social work professional method led by altruism and the concepts of helping people to help themselves,it is consistent with the actual needs of reservoir resettlement work in terms of service concepts and professional skills and plays a unique role in alleviating the disequilibrium of reservoir immigrants.In addition,there is currently very little research on the use of group work methods to solve the problem of social adaptation of reservoirs in the academic community.Therefore,using the literature research method and survey analysis method,this paper has an important theoretical and practical significance for the in-depth study of the social adaptation problems of the group work involved in reservoir migration through the use of field investigation methods and in-depth interview methods.First of all,through the combing and learning of relevant literature,this paper summarizes the existing research results,and explores the research space of this paper.It also combines the relevant contents of group members dynamic theory,social support theory and social ecosystem theory to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,this paper takes the typical village of J village in Wuhan City as the research object,and conducts research with field investigation and semi-structured interviews.At the same time,this paper combines the main content of social adaptation and studies the social adaptation of reservoir immigrants in terms of lifestyle,production methods,social contacts,community participation,identity,and community ownership.The study finds that due to the poor social adaptability of the reservoir immigrants,the local residents have cognitive errors in the reservoir immigrants,and the reasons for the lack of exchange platforms between the reservoir immigrants and the resettlement sites,the risk factors of reservoir immigration in production and life are gradually increasing,the interpersonal relationship network is weak,and social support resources are lacking,and it is difficult to achieve good social adaptation.Thirdly,on the basis of analyzing the feasibility and necessity of the work of the group to intervene in the social adaptation of the reservoir immigrants,the group's work involved in the social adaptation of reservoir immigrants was put forward and applied practically.According to the objectives of the activity,the intervention program is divided into 3 stages and 8 activities to carry out the specific implementation,including "know me,approach me","get knowledge for a while" and "happiness and family" Finally,after the group's intervention activities were completed,the group's activities and the team worker's skills were evaluated and reflected,and suggestions for improvement were proposed.After the development of the group activities,most of the team members,especially the reservoir immigrants,learned that after participating in the group activities,they learned a lot from the life and production of new knowledge,broke through the boundaries of the previous interpersonal communication,and gradually improved social adaptability,and their life in the settlement is also very happy.However,due to the imperfection of the team work intervention program and the lack of work skills of team workers,there are also some deficiencies in the development of group activities.So the author put forward specific suggestions for improvement,which provided some reference and guidance for the group activities in the future.
