Research On The Influence Of Social Capital On The Willingness To Participate In Volunteer Service Of Rural Community Residents

With the development of the economy,the construction of new countryside has made great achievements,and the demand of residents has shown a diversified development trend.Rural communities have become the basic carrier for providing volunteer services and play an important role.However,the current development of community volunteer service is not balanced.The development level of urban community volunteer service is much higher than that of rural communities.Rural residents generally have problems such as low awareness and participation in volunteer service.Based on the theory of social capital,this paper explores the status quo and influencing factors of rural residents' willingness to participate in community volunteer service,and analyzes the participation status of rural community residents' volunteer service,and constructs the social capital and volunteer service willingness according to the analysis framework of social capital theory.The relationship model empirically analyzes the factors that influence social capital on the willingness of rural community residents to participate.This paper mainly uses the linear regression analysis method,and uses the Z community in Zhouzhi County as the survey area to collect data and material verification hypothesis models through questionnaire survey and structure interview method.The results show that the“community of community”,“trust” and “reciprocal sharing” in the dimension of social capital measurement have significant influence on the willingness of rural community residents to participate in volunteer service,and some control variables It also has a significant impact on the willingness of rural residents to participate in volunteering.This conclusion verifies that the model constructed in this paper is established,and also shows the effectiveness of social capital measurement in rural communities,and provides new ideas for improving the volunteer service in rural communities.Finally,it focuses on the social capital perspective,and promote the long-term and sustained rapid development of rural community volunteer services.
