Research On Social Capital In Community Volunteer Service

Voluntary service has always been the focus of social development,it is an important support for the realization of a harmonious society,and it also plays an important role in the research process of community development.Therefore,taking the community center of the B community in Hefei as an example,starting from the development conditions of community volunteer service,this paper preliminarily understands that the volunteer service in this community is based on the base construction,the talent reserve as the guarantee,the social organization as the support,the innovation management as the platform and the independent operation mode,and the development model of the autonomous operation.At the same time,the good momentum of the development of volunteer service is also inseparable from the strong hardware and software facilities.Under such development conditions,the author introduces the main features of B community volunteer service in detail,and realizes that the main voluntary service activities in the community are all kinds of service activities carried out on the mainline of individualized service,group service and voluntary service,and have achieved remarkable results.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the foundation of social capital formation in B community is through the support of government leadership and social organization.Its content is divided into five aspects,namely,social participation and political participation of community members,the establishment of reciprocal norms of community members,social trust of community members,social networks and members' societies.District consciousness,by describing and explaining the main role of social capital in the community volunteer service in this community,the main factors affecting the function of social capital in B community volunteer service are obtained and the reasons are analyzed.It is not reasonable,the enthusiasm and identity of the masses participating in voluntary service are low,the loss of personnel is more serious,the social network relationship is unstable,and the standardization in the process of volunteer service needs to be strengthened.Therefore,after detailed analysis of the causes of the problem,the author further proposes the path to promote the reproduction of social capital in B community volunteer service.In a word,this paper analyzes the stock and influence of social capital in the process of volunteering in community,and concludes that the stock of social capital is related to the participation of voluntary service in the community and from the social capital.Five aspects of social participation,social trust,social norms,social identity and social network are proposed to build and enhance the level of voluntary service in the community.This paper divides the research framework of social capital in community volunteer service into five parts:the first part is introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research situation of voluntary service at home and abroad,puts forward a new perspective of research theory,defines the concepts involved in the article,and explains the research thought of the paper.The second part expounds the basic situation of the B community volunteer service from the development conditions of the community and the present presentation mode;the third part analyses the social capital content and its operational effectiveness in the volunteer service of the B community by describing the development of the B community.The fourth part is the main part of this article,which mainly expounds the role of social capital in the B community volunteer service,and explains in detail from the five parts of the division of capital.The fifth part of this article leads to the analysis of the main factors that affect the capital function of B community in the process of capital operation.At the end of the article,it is the sixth part of this article,which puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the macro and micro perspectives.
