Study On Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision In L City Based On Public Perception

With the deepening of the rule of law in an all-round way,the public's concern and demand for administration by law are getting higher and higher.As an important part of administration according to law,supervision of administrative law enforcement can not only promote the construction of government ruled by law and improve administrative efficiency,but also prevent and control corruption and bureaucracy,and protect the interests of society and citizens.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to carry out the research on the supervision of administrative law enforcement.Based on Public perception,this paper studies the supervision of administrative law enforcement in L city.Through a comprehensive investigation of the supervision of administrative law enforcement by L city's power organs,administrative organs,judicial organs and public opinion,322 questionnaires were issued and four different subjects of supervision of administrative law enforcement were interviewed.The author found that although the supervision of administrative law enforcement in L city has achieved some results and the public satisfaction is high,there are four problems,namely,the effectiveness of supervision of administrative law enforcement needs to be solved.The reasons behind strengthening,weak public awareness of supervision,inadequate influence of administrative law enforcement supervision and inadequate awareness of the society of administrative law enforcement supervision lie in inadequate supervision and guarantee,which is manifested in imperfect guarantee system of supervision subject,lack of motivation mechanism of supervisors and inadequate supervision system;and inadequate supervision,which is manifested in inadequate supervision by power organs and weak supervision by judicial organs.Third,the supervision environment is not good,which is manifested by the lack of supervision atmosphere,the weak awareness of accepting supervision by administrative law enforcement agencies and the increasing difficulty of supervision.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects.The first is to strengthen the guarantee of supervision system,that is,to strengthen the guarantee of supervisors' performance of their duties,to improve the motive mechanism of supervision and to establish and improve the supervision system;the second is to intensify the supervision work,that is,to strengthen the effectiveness of supervision by the NPC,to enhance the effectiveness of supervision by judicial organs,to strengthen the effect of supervision by administrative organs and to give full play to the special role of social supervision;the third is to create a good supervision environment,that is,to strengthen the atmosphere of supervision and We should make government affairs public and strengthen the construction of law enforcement teams.
