Study On Peasants' Political Participation Mechanism In The Background Of Targeted Poverty Reduction

Targeted poverty reduction policy is related to the well-being of poor peasants,and it is a powerful measure to achieve a comprehensive well-off society.As the policy object and participants of targeted poverty reduction,political participation of poor peasants in relation to its main role in grassroots political activities play,as well as,democratization and scientific level affecting government decision-making and policy implementation.For better political participation,establish and improve the peasants' political participation mechanism in the background of targeted poverty reduction is very important.First,the author analyzed targeted poverty reduction and peasants' political participation in depth study.Second,the author researched the mechanism peasants' political participation by using Game Theory.Looked for the elements and operating mechanism of peasants' political participation mechanism,and analyzed the characteristics of peasants' political participation and its mechanism in the context of targeted poverty reduction.In the background of targeted poverty reduction,the author presented the participation mechanism include the mechanism of political participation in poverty identification stage,precise help stage,poverty exit stage and long-term help stage,and the support mechanism include the mechanism of institutional norms,incentives to promote and supervision guarantee.Next,the author combined the content of the mechanisms above,learned more about J Town,L County,C City.Using relevant survey data for statistical analysis by through a questionnaire surveyed in J Town,the author found the problems of peasants' political participation Last,Thanks for the enlightenment of targeted poverty reduction,the author proposed a suggestion about improving the peasants' political participation mechanism under the background of targeted poverty reduction.Related research and countermeasures have a great benefit to improve the operational effect of peasants' political participation mechanism.It has certain reference significance for realizing the long-term effect of orderly political participation of poor peasants.Figure 5;Table 10;Reference 63...
