Research On Supporting Ambition And Wisdom From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is one of the most serious problems facing the world today,as a global problem,in the process of world development,it has attracted much attention,it has also become a major challenge for developing countries.As a socialist country,poverty alleviation is also an important strategic goal of China.Since 2015,China has entered a crucial phase of poverty alleviation.Harder to attack,by the end of 2018,the poverty alleviation work has made great progress in our country,many areas have lifted themselves out of poverty as a whole,But the fight against poverty is also deepening,the problem of deep poverty is more acute,harder attacks,there is also a risk of poverty returning to areas that have been lifted out of poverty,from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,the risk of returning to poverty can be effectively prevented through the strategy of supporting ambition and wisdom,how to stimulate the endogenous driving force of poverty alleviation is an urgent problem.Located in the north of shaanxi province,X county is the key county of poverty alleviation and development.The poverty alleviation work in X county is of great significance to China’s overall poverty alleviation on time.Based on the relevant national policies of targeted poverty alleviation and related theories,methods and means of ideological and political education,combined with the specific situation of targeted poverty alleviation in X county,we will focus on supporting our aspirations and wisdom,Study on how to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation after poverty alleviation in X county of shaanxi province and help rural revitalization.Firstly,this paper analyzes the situation before targeted poverty alleviation in X county of shaanxi province,the current situation after targeted poverty alleviation,the achievements of targeted poverty alleviation and the experience of supporting ambition and wisdom from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation;Secondly,it analyzes that supporting ambition and wisdom is a long-term process,the post-poverty alleviation work still needs to be carried out continuously.It mainly includes three aspects:to continuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,to continuously consolidate the material foundation of ideological and political education,and to continuously strengthen the construction of the work team of supporting ambition and wisdom.And continue to strengthen the ideological and political education to establish the correct political direction,ideological and political education to promote traditional culture,ideological and political education to inherit the revolutionary spirit,ideological and political education to strengthen the sense of service four aspects.The research objective of this paper is to fundamentally eliminate the constraints of zhi and zhi factors on poverty alleviation and wealth in X county of shaanxi province,help China win the fight against poverty by 2020 as scheduled.
