Research On The Ideological Education Innovation Of Party Members In The Grassroots Organization Of The Armed Police Force In The New Era

In the New Era,enhance ideological education work of grassroots members in Armed Police Forces ensures absolute leadership of Communist Party of China as well as connection,constancy and combat power of grassroots party branches.As economic and cultural exchanges between China and other countries develop rapidly,pragmatism and other western capitalism theories also affect China.Therefore,it is of vital importance to improve ideological education work and erect right values of grassroots members.This paper takes three basic squadrons(duty squadron,mobile squadron and support squadron)of a certain armed police unit as the basic research object,focusing on the ideological education status of members of grass-roots organizations of the armed police force,starting from the perspectives of social economy,organizational management and values,and using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation,etc.Methods To analyze the problems in Ideological and political education of Party members in grass-roots organizations,which are mainly manifested in inadequate management,rigid educational methods,formality of activities,high proportion of human feelings and weak Party spirit.The reasons for these problems include the external conditions of social economy.Influences,poor organization and management of grass-roots Party branches,weak values of Party members,etc.We should build a new ideological and political work mechanism,create a new ideological and political management mode,and improve the new ideological and political education mode.
