Study On The Internal Control Of Basic Units In Armed Police Forces

Currently it is in the key period that our social development is becoming moreand more diverse and the economic system is being reformed. As the main body ofmaintaining China’ safety and social stabilization, armed police forces have extendedfunctions, which are performed by the basic armies. Based on this, higherrequirements are proposed for them to make their logistics service and finances morescientific. So it is necessary and realistic to study the internal control systems ofarmed police forces.This essay firstly reviews the backgrounds and the significance of conducting theinternal control system in the basic armed police forces； secondly, it outlines theconcepts of the basic armed police forces and the internal control system: Thirdly, itinvestigates the problems appearing in the basic armed police forces combined withthe internal control theory, and comprehensively analyses the reasons for that； lastly,based on the economic activities and management characteristics of the basic armedpolice forces, and using the theoretical research and measures from the companies andother government institutions, the establishment of internal control systems and themethods are discussed.The enforcement of the internal control systems in the basic armed police forcesrequires the participation of the related departments, officers and soldiers, under theleadership of the basic officials. It is aimed at making sure economic activities ofbasic armed police forces compliance with the laws and rules and controlling thefinancial risks, keeping funds and assets secure, intact. At the same time, ths systemcan make the management in such economic activities as budgets, revenues andexpenditures, and property under precise control, making the funds more efficient,consistant with the laws and rules.
