Research On Ideological Trend Of Grassroots Units Of Police Armed Forces During Military Reform

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is of epoch-making significance.It makes a new era for the great rejuvenation of the China with its 19 th Party Great Historical Point.In this new era of reform and strengthening march,the world's first class army should be built and the system should be adjusted,weapons equipment information construction,soldiers' fighting ability promotion,military and civilian integration development,will be an important task and serious challenge.The cadres at all levels of the Armed Police Forces must stand at a high level of political and stability.In the process of accelerating the modernization of the army,they must take on a strong sense of mission,a high degree of responsibility,a strong determination,and a keen sense of finding problems in time.By using the scientific methods and effective working to solve the ideological problem for the Armed Police Forces.This thesis analyzed the challenges in management countermeasure for the grassroots units of Armed Police Forces.Based on particular detachment of the Armed Police Forces,survey plan and questionnaire were designed and implemented.Based on the results,the positive and negative aspects which influence the ideological management for the grassroots units of Armed Police Forces.Followed by thorough investigation of the causes and problems,several suggestions and countermeasures are proposed,which provided better facilities and mechanism for the ideological management of the grassroots units of Armed Police Forces.
