Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of E-government Construction In Middle And County Of Internet + Vision Area

For a long time,Chinese government departments have attached great importance to the development of e-government,and have issued corresponding policies to promote the development of e-government in different historical periods.With the development of information technology,especially "Internet" technology,e-government has entered a new historical stage.2015.On behalf of the Central Committee of the Party and the State Council,Prime minister Li Keqiang made a report on the work of the government and proposed to launch the "Internet +" work in an all-round way,and began to focus on the deployment and promotion of the "Internet + government service" work.From the point of view of weakening information barriers and breaking through information "islands",we will put government affairs on the Internet,build an online government platform,and build a unified data storage platform to enable information to be shared across sectors and levels,and complete the connectivity of business systems in various departments.It has become the goal of governments at all levels to facilitate the work of all units and the public,optimize government services,and create a favorable environment for mass entrepreneurship and innovation.With the rapid development of new generation technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and the Internet of Things,the concept of smart cities has been proposed and gradually applied.The era of digitization and intelligence is coming to us.How to use advanced information technology means such as cloud computing,big data,and Internet of Things to build e-government and realize "Internet +" e-government is a topic that needs to be studied and discussed at present.This paper uses the literature review method,the theoretical linkage method,the empirical research method,and the comparative analysis method,starting from the connotation of e-government,the current research situation at home and abroad,the development stage and trend,the characteristics of development stages,and the background of the Internet + e-government.According to the specific situation of our country,taking the difficult situation encountered in the process of building Internet + e-government in a county of Hunan province as an example,this paper analyzes it with the theory of new public administration,and tries to give some decisions to solve the difficult situation by drawing on the practice of excellent e-government countries.This paper mainly analyzes this topic from five chapters: The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic,including the current research situation,research goals and research methods adopted at home and abroad.The second chapter gives a clear exposition of the connotation of e-government,Internet + and the value of Internet + e-government research.The third chapter defines the stage of development of Internet + e-government in China,and analyzes the difficult situation of Internet + e-government construction in Hunan province.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons of the dilemma of Internet + e-government construction from the perspective of new public management.On the basis of the research,the fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to solve the difficult situation.
