Study On The Business Development Strategy Of Civil-military Integration Of ZW Company

the timing and mode of change.How to give full play to their advantages and seize new opportunities for development has become a realistic problem facing many military enterprises.Gradually say goodbye to the old system and mechanism,and start to integrate into the new "circle of friends",opportunities may come,but challenges always exist.The intensive introduction of top-level designs such as state-owned enterprises reform,institutional restructuring and mixed ownership reform seems to provide more paths for military industrial units to promote Military and Civilian Inosculation.Whether "civilian enlistment" or "civilian conversion",relevant companies make corresponding strategic choices according to the analysis of the development environment and their own advantages and disadvantages.In the development path,military enterprises have undergone a great change in thinking mode and started to enter the capital market to expand the company scale,enhance diversification and expand competitive advantages.Civil-Military Inosculation is not a new thing after decades of development.However,most of the current research on this field is still macro.The opinions and measures given are often still in the aspects of system planning,laws and regulations,financial support and industrial coordination,etc.The research on promoting the military-civilian integration through equity investment is still relatively blank at present.However,some units have already taken steps in practice.Improving the asset securitization rate has become a clear measure of some military industrial groups.It will take time to test that it is successful or not,but the reform is bound to be a process of continuous exploration.Equity investment has a long history of development.In order to expand the scale of enterprises,enhance competitiveness,reduce transaction costs and other purposes,enterprises through foreign investment to achieve long-term control and influence on the invested units,in practice has been relatively mature.In recent years,research on equity investment in military enterprises and network enterprises is not endless,and theoretical research tends to be mature.In recent years,a large military enterprise in China has been actively responding to the national strategy.In 2015,its subsidiary ZW company was established.on the basis of inheriting the development foundation of traditional scientific research institutes and fine traditions,has actively looked for a change,planned reforms,and promoted the Military and Civilian Inosculation.It is not only a mission to undertake,but also an important choice for the survival and development of the company.This paper takes ZW company as the research object and systematically summarizes the concrete practice of the company in the recent three years to promote Civil-Military Inosculation with equity investment.Firstly,this paper introduces the current research status of relevant theories.On this basis,it analyzes the current political,economic,social and technological environment of Civil-Military Inosculation in the field of cyber security as well as the internal and external micro environment of enterprises.Accordingly,the strategic and tactical options for ZW company to adopt equity investment are put forward.Finally,some Suggestions are given in this paper.In general conclusion,this paper believes that it is feasible to promote Civil-Military Inosculation through equity investment,but enterprises need to carefully choose ways and methods according to their own reality.This article takes the three years' practice of ZW company which promote the Civil-Military Inosculation through equity investment as the research object.We introduce the current research situation of theory,and analysis political,economic,social and technical background of the current network security field about the Civil-Military Inosculation.Then,we introduce the equity investment strategy and tactics selection of ZW company.The company has achieved economic,technological and cultural progress and change.With the change of policy,more and more desirable measures increasingly clear over time.After the SWOT analysis was carried out on the company,we give several suggestions which perhaps has the certain reference value.In conclusion,we believe it is feasible to promote Military and Civilian Inosculation with equity investment in the method,but each enterprise needs to combine its own reality,and carefully choose the method.This article can provide some inspiration to military industry who are promoting Civil-Military Inosculation that the connotative and denotative development ideas are not in conflict.This article may offer some development ideas to private enterprises too,especially in the emerging fields such as internet,artificial intelligence and automatic driving.At present,some private enterprises have greater technical advantages than military industry.How to put their own power on a larger stage,attracting investment,and to invest in other companies,can be included in strategic considerations.At the same time,we believe that every research has its limitations.We hold the opinion that the research object can be extended to those private enterprises who are interested in "joining the army",because they are originally one of the indispensable subjects of Military and Civilian Inosculation.Especially when state-owned enterprises invest and hold private enterprises,why private enterprises choose to be invested and hold is also a valuable research direction.In terms of research methods,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis should be combined with statistical tools.
