The Grid Management Status And Countermeasures Research Of A Street Community In Jinjiang District Chengdu

As a kind of innovation of urban management,implementing grid management is required by the modernization both in system and capacity of national governance.It is the inevitable need of residents fitting into social life,it is also necessary for improving the integration of resources and enhancing the governance capacity.It promotes government to transform its service management functions.In a sense,the grid management model points out the direction of community governance in China for some time to come.However,the development of urban community grid management is relatively late,and it is still in the initial stage of development and exploration.In practice,it still faces many development “bottlenecks”.For example,the benefit pattern of government functional departments is difficult to break.Grid service management service team quality is not high.Community self-governing space is compressed.The community social organizations develop the good and bad are intermingled,and so on.This paper studies of A street community in Jinjiang district,Chengdu.The paper uses literature review method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method.First of all,the research status of grid management at home and abroad are reviewed,and on the basis of putting forward relavant conceptson,the research explains the relevant the oretical basis which may be encountered in paper.Then,the paper introduces about the grid set partitioning and staffing,grid information technology and operation mechanism and the main system of grid service management in A street of Jinjiang district,Chengdu.The trend of the grid management development is comprehensively analyzed and the street grid management achievements made in recent years are also briefly summarized.In the end,after doing survey on the current situation of grid management in the street,the paper analyzes the prominent problems of the grid management under the new situation.Seeing from its basic conditions,factors of development and subjective factors,a large number of survey data and interview data are also used to analyze the reasons,and we put forward countermeasures to deepen the change of ideas,integrate information resources,rationalize the responsibility of grid management,strengthen team management,and actively cultivate community public spirit and collective identity.
