Community grid management is the main mode of urban management in China.It can promote the focus of social governance to the grass-roots level,enhance the basic construction,resolve the contradictions at the grass-roots level,improve the quality of life of the masses,and promote social harmony and stability.At present,the successful implementation of grid management in China is basically large and medium-sized cities or relatively developed areas.Although it can be used for reference,but for the poor economic foundation,especially for the county-level cities,full copying will face many big problems.Daixi street in Zouping city is a typical county-level city center.Therefore,the study on the grid management of Daixi street can provide some reference for the construction of grid management of county-level cities.In this paper,the literature research,investigation,case analysis,the Daixi street grid management of the current situation of the promotion of an in-depth investigation.This paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the concepts of Grid,Grid Management,urban community grid management in detail,and from the seamless government theory,fine management theory and network governance theory are analyzed.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that during the process of community grid management in Daixi Street,there are problems such as insufficient work force capacity,insufficient integration of resources,low participation of the masses and insufficient participation of social forces,after the analysis of the reasons for the existence of the problem,found that the division of power and responsibility is not clear,lack of funds,lack of high-quality personnel and the system is not sound and other reasons.Then,by analyzing the successful practices and characteristics of the streets of Dongcheng District,Changning District and Taoyuan in Beijing,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the grid management of Daixi Street,such as perfecting the system construction,clarifying the responsibilities of the functional departments,attaching importance to talents,and increasing capital investment. |
