Research On The Problem Of Grid Management Of Y Street Community In C District

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee proposed that the focus of social governance should be shifted to the grassroots level.The community is the basic unit for the government to provide public services to the public.The improvement of social management and public service functions must rely on the community as the basic unit.Grid management takes the community as the carrier,divides the grid within the community,and builds a grassroots management service platform with the help of scientific and technological information methods to provide community residents with refined services.The 2021 "Government Work Report" pointed out to improve the urban and rural community governance and service system,and promote the modernization of urban social governance.The article takes the new public service theory as a research perspective,and understands the status of grid management in this area through field investigations on Y Street,finds existing problems,and proposes corresponding solutions according to the new public service theory.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.Explain the research background and significance,literature review,research methods and innovation points of community grid management issues.The second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical connotation.Define the concepts of sub-district offices,communities,and grid management,and explain the connotation of the new public service theory.The third part is the current situation and existing problems of grid management of Y street community in C area.Summarize the status quo of grid management in the Y street community in District C,and analyze the weak service awareness of managers,low professionalism of grid personnel,low incident handling efficiency,and low public participation in the promotion of community grid management problem.The fourth part is the reason for the grid management problem of Y street community in C area.The main reasons for the problem are summarized as four aspects: the deviation of grid management concept,the lagging construction of grid talent team,the incomplete grid management system,and the insufficient guidance of residents to participate in politics.The fourth part is the countermeasures to solve the problem of grid management of Y street community in C area.The countermeasures are raised from four levels of deepening the people-oriented service concept,accelerating the construction of high-quality management teams,establishing a community grid management system and improving the enthusiasm of public participation.The paper uses literature research methods,interview methods and questionnaire survey methods to fully investigate the grid management status of the Y street community in the C area,researches the grid management problem of the Y street community in the C area,and proposes targeted constructive improvements opinion.It is a complicated task to solve the grid management problem of Y street community in C District.It is necessary to continuously explore and innovate social management methods according to the actual situation.It is hoped that this study by taking the community grid management implemented by Y Street as an example can provide a reference for the method of optimizing grid management in District C,and hope to provide reference and reference for the implementation of community grid management in other similar areas.
