| At present,China is in a period of economic and social transformation.The traditional urban governance model has outstanding problems.With the increase in public service demand,it is necessary to further improve the level of the governance system.Every region has made innovations and explorations on how to do well in community governance.The social management model of urban community grid management model has been continuously promoted in many cities in China.As an old community,Lianyun Street,Lianyun District,Lianyungang City,in order to solve the social governance dilemma and improve the community governance capacity,combined with the reality of the street,started grid-based social governance work in November 2015.Some problems,this article focuses on the solution,hoping to improve the efficiency of community management in Lianyun Subdistrict and improve the level of street management has certain guiding practical significance,and provide useful reference and enlightenment for other old communities to implement grid management.This article uses the theories of refined management,seamless government,etc.,through literature review and questionnaire survey,to analyze the implementation status and effectiveness of grid governance in Lianyun Street community of Lianyungang City,and to study the existing problems,such as the weakening of grid governance The quality of the grid team is not high,the participation rate of residents and social organizations is not high,and the grid management mechanism is not smooth.Once again,the causes of the problem are analyzed,such as the weak foundation of the old community,the grid management mechanism is not perfect,Due to the weak sense of self-government of social residents,after learning from the experience of other regions in the country,it put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of grid physics in the community of Lianyun Street.Mass self-government and improve the operation mechanism of community grid governance. |
