Union participation have been research by foreigners many years ago,many researchers have found that union plays an important role on salaries,working environment and alleviation of labor relation.what's more,it could improve employee's job satisfaction.The reason why the issue have seldom been researched on Chinese circumstances is that Chinese union is different from foreign.When Chinese government didn't implement the reform and opening-up policy,union is a affiliated organization of party,so union wouldn't have great influence on employee's satisfaction.After opening-up policy,market economy have been gradually established,the workers often conflicted with the capital,many workers seek interest help from union,so many scholars pay much attention to the issue of union participation and employee's satisfaction.Because the politics,culture and union development are different from other countries',the foreign studies couldn't been applied on Chinese circumstance.This thesis use literature research method to summarize inland's and foreign literature,and build SEM to research the mechanism between union participation and employee's job satisfaction.Apart from that,the model has been verified by several province's employees.The result is that union participation has great influence on employee's satisfaction and industrial relations climate has great influence on employee's satisfaction.what's more,the influence of union participation to employee's satisfaction partial rely on industrial relations climate,industrial relations climate play an partial intermediary role between union participation and employee's job satisfaction.The thesis could provide theoretical basis and practical suggestions to the study of union participation and employee's job satisfaction.From theoretical view,this thesis applied foreign mature theory to Chinese company,and verified applicability by empirical analysis to provide theoretical framework of union participation and employee's job satisfaction.From practice view,it is helpful for relationship construction and cooperation between union and company,establishing harmonious industrial relations climate,improvement of employee's job satisfaction,it is important for company and resident.
