Research On The Criminal Law Regulation System Of Assaulting Police In China

As a special occupational group,the police,due to the special nature of their work,acing the complex work environment and highly dangerous,They are likely to be harmed and retaliated by criminals or other personnel.In this case,how to conduct the regulation of the assaulting police behavior has become an important prerequisite for ensuring the legal and personal benefits of this special occupational group and ensuring fair and strict law enforcement.Although China's current "Criminal Law" has been regulated by relevant provisions,it is still not clear and rigorous.The issue of how to regulate the behavior of assaulting police in criminal law needs further study.Based on the author's own actual learning experience and investigation,this paper firstly expounds the research background and research significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and then combs the basic concepts of assaulting police behavior and the necessity of imprisoning police behavior in China.At present,the current situation of the criminal law system of attacking police in China is analyzed,and the existing problems and shortcomings are analyzed.The other is to compare and draw on the criminal law system of extraterritorial attack police.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for perfecting the criminal law system of attacking police in China.First,starting from the legislative level,clearing the crime of assaulting police and its related crimes,this is a necessary basis for perfecting the criminal law system of attacking police in China.Through the above analysis and research,this paper hopes to provide reference for the practice of related work.
