The purpose of the paper is to promote effective criminal law regulation on attacking police. Under the environment, criminal law regulations concerning attacking police need be formulated, which is inevitable. At the same time, inhibiting attacking-police and improving police’s authority are closely connected with maintaining the fundamental interests of people.Formulating "attacking police crime" is not only beneficial to improving criminal law, but also contributes to the safety and stability of social order. At the same time, it completely accords with the basic principles and law of science of criminal law. However, besides formulating the law, the author also discusses how to utilize current criminal law to regulate the crime. The paper puts forward two paths to regulate "attacking-police behavior", expounds two methods of several paths, and discusses the precautions of application.
