The Legal Perfection Of The Exhibition System In China

The exhibition industry is an emerging industry,which has an obvious driving effect on the economic and social development,and has become an important part of the national economy.In the current development of exhibition industry,there are frequent legal disputes,which affect the healthy development of exhibition industry,and even cause some social problems.Behind this phenomenon,it is because the exhibition industry lacks the legal system of mature system.Therefore,the improvement of the legal regulation of the exhibition industry has become a hot topic in the current related fields.This article holds that.The existing problems of China's Convention and exhibition system are mainly reflected in four aspects: vague exhibition subjects,unclear application of exhibition,confusion of exhibition operation and unclear responsibilities of exhibition.Therefore,this paper summarizes the current practice of China's Convention and exhibition industry,combined with the experience of western countries in the legal regulation of exhibitions,and holds that the legal regulation system of mice in China should first be established on the basis of typed management and standardized management.At the same time,we should also adhere to the concept of inclusive and promote the concept of promotion,and in order to guide the implementation of various specific measures.In terms of specific suggestions,we believe that under the premise of classified management of public exhibition and commercial exhibition,we should take measures to distinguish exhibition subjects,standardize exhibition applications,strictly operate exhibition and clarify exhibition responsibilities,so as to realize the legal improvement of exhibition system.The first part of this paper briefly expounds the meaning of exhibition and its basic theory of classification.It introduces the meaning of exhibition and two parts of development in China respectively,laying the theoretical framework and realistic background of this research.The second part of this paper is the application of exhibition system in our country.It emphasizes the two obvious trends of exhibition type and standardization.It also introduces the characteristics of two types of exhibition,as well as our current laws and administrative regulations on exhibition regulation.The third part is the problem of the exhibition system in China.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the perfection of the Convention and exhibition system.Hopefully this study can provide some reference and insight for the practice in related fields.
