Research On Youth Work In Jin-Sui Revolutionary Base Area During The Anti-Japanese War(1937—1945)

Youth is the future of the country and the hope of the nation,is an important force to promote social development,and the youth is the future.The Communist Party of China has attached great importance to youth-related work since its birth.In the period of the Anti-Japanese War,the social contradictions were complicated and faced with internal and external troubles,as the revolutionary new force,the youth shouldered the great mission of protecting the family and defending the country.In order to unite and unify the youth to participate in the national united front of resisting Japan and saving the country and to realize their own liberation and national liberation,the Jin-Sui revolutionary base area carried out youth work under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.This paper uses the method of literature research and multi-disciplinary comprehensive analysis to analyze and combed the first-hand materials such as historical archives and revolutionary historical data and the old newspapers,and at the same time,combined with and referring to the existing academic achievements,the youth work in the revolutionary base area of Jin-Sui from 1937 to1945 is studied.It shows the development context and historical appearance of the youth work in Jin-Sui during this period,and reveals the identity and support of the broad masses of young people to the Communist Party of China.The achievement of youth work proves that adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the necessary premise and basis for carrying out youth work.The thesis is divided into five parts.Firstly,it analyzes the background of the youth work in the Jin-Sui revolutionary base area from three aspects: the need of the comprehensive anti-Japanese war,the influence of the Youth Comintern and the social situation of the youth in the Jin-Sui revolutionary base area.Secondly,it expounds the organization of youth work and the rules and regulations of youth work in Jin-Sui revolutionary base area.Thirdly,the youth work in Jin-Sui revolutionary base area during the Anti-Japanese War was expounded in the aspects of youth armed,cultural and educational,education and training the youth cadre,and the improvement of youth life,etc.At the same time,the characteristics of youth work were analyzed.Finally,based on the previous understanding,the youth of the Jin-Sui revolutionary base area is discussed the historical significance and realistic enlightenment of the work.The development of youth work in the Jin-Sui Revolutionary Base area promotedthe development of the youth in the base area,safeguarded the vital interests of the youth,and deepened the recognition and support of the youth masses to the Communist Party of China.It has promoted the development of the youth movement and the formation of the youth united front in the Jin-Sui revolutionary base area,and has drawn a great deal of ink in the historical process of expanding the anti-Japanese national united front and pushing the revolutionary situation forward.The research on youth work in Jin-Sui revolutionary base area shows that today's youth work still needs to adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,to strengthen the leadership and construction of youth organizations,and combine with the requirements of social development,pay attention to the needs of youth growth,strive to win youth,Shaping youth,for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Dream injected a strong,lasting momentum of youth.
