Research On The Construction Of The Organizational Capacity Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)has called for building grassroots party organizations in all fields into strong battlefields,with the focus on strengthening the party's organizational strength.This elaboration points out the direction for strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations in an all-round way.At present,some grassroots party organizations in rural areas are playing a prominent political role,and their vanguard and exemplary role is not obvious.Party members are unwilling or unable to do mass work and are not good at educating and guiding the masses,which severely restricts the function of party organizations.We must pay more attention to improving the organizational strength of primary party organizations,energize them,and strengthen their foundation.At present,there is a lack of microcosmic and practical research on the construction of party organization in the theoretical circle.In this paper,through literature research,field investigation,case analysis,qualitative analysis,systematically combed the relevant organization construction theory research results,attempt to explore constitute the components of the party organization,and in the case of dawu,to point with surface,problem oriented,detailed analysis of the current condition of rural grass-root party organization construction.In this paper,from the perspective of the construction of the rural grassroots party organizations,aiming at the existing problem of organization construction,using the experience of the party organization in the history of construction,to explore the countermeasures of improving rural grass-root party organization,from improved organization set mode,strengthen team education management,strengthening the system of enforcement,integrating resources,vigorously develops the village-level collective economy at various levels and of five aspects to promote to build a well-off society in an all-round way as scheduled,to realize rural revitalization,constantly consolidate the foundation of the party's rural governance.
