Research On Self-Efficacy Status And Promotion Strategies Of In-Service Party Members In Sanshui District, Foshan City

In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on party building and professional tasks,the working pressure and intensity of in-service party members are also increasing.The in-service party members are the core groups in the party committee and government departments,which have an important influence on the daily operation,function and service supply of the party committee and government.However,at present,there are still some problems in the in-service party members,such as weak consciousness of party members,failure to give full play to the vanguard and model role of party members,lack of enthusiasm for work,and often feeling tired and weak.Self-efficacy is an individual's overall belief in his own ability,which regulates the individual's function and affects the individual's physical and mental activities.It is of great importance to study the current situation of self-efficacy and improvement strategies of in-service party members.This paper takes the in-service party members of the sanshui district authority of foshan city as the research object,studying the self-efficacy of in-service party members from three aspects:the party member obligations self-efficacy,work business self-efficiency and general self-efficacy.Using the method of questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis and other research methods,research hypothesis,scale revision,and data statistical analysis are gradually carried out.On the basis of the previous research results,the paper develops and revises the scale of the party member obligations self-efficacy and the scale of work business self-efficacy.By measuring and assessing the current status of the party member obligations self-efficacy,work business self-efficiency and general self-efficacy of in-service party members of Sanshui district,foshan city,analyzing the relationship between the party member obligations self-efficacy and their role play,work business self-efficiency and job performance,general self-efficacy and subjective well-being,studying the factors influencing on the party member obligations self-efficacy,work business self-efficiency and general self-efficacy,this study puts forward the promotion strategies of the party member obligations self-efficacy,work business self-efficiency and general self-efficacy of in-service party members,so as to provide reference for strengthening the construction of in-service party members.
