According to reviews on job-related efficacy, analysis of the questionnaires conducted among employees of enterprises, and retrospective interview with experts, this study puts forward its own theoretical hypothesis on job-related efficacy. Based on the work done, two preliminary questionnaires on job-related efficacy are conducted. The formal questionnaires are formed and carried out among 214 employees of enterprises. The results are:1. The self-made questionnaires are of good reliability and fair validity. Through the method of explore factor analysis, the research found that four dimensions (body efficacy, cognition efficacy, emotion efficacy, intercourse efficacy) construct job-related self efficacy of employees of enterprises, and four dimensions (output and reform efficacy, supporting and appraising efficacy, communicating and cooperation efficacy, evaluation of member' efficacy) construct personal-perceived job-related collective efficacy of employees of enterprises. Each questionnaire includes one general-evaluation factor.2. The main effects of three population variables (gender, educational level, length of service in enterprises) and the interactions in three population variables are not statistically significant on five work variables (job-related self efficacy, job-related collective efficacy, job satisfaction, turnover intention, job performance).3. Statistically significant correlations exist in job-related self efficacy, job-related collective efficacy, job satisfaction, turnover intention and job performance: job-related self efficacy is significantly positive correlated with job-related collective efficacy, job-satisfaction and job performance, and negative correlated with turnover intention. Job-related collective efficacy has such relations as job-related self efficacy.4. The results of MNOVA show: multi-level job-related collective efficacy has significantly influence on job performance; multi-level job-related self efficacy and job-related collective efficacy have significantly influence on turnover intention, but interaction is not statistically significant; multi-level job-related self efficacy andjob-related collective efficacy have significantly influence on job satisfaction, but interaction is not statistically significant5. Regression analysis comes into being three regression models. Model 1 have one independent variable (job-related collective efficacy) and one dependent variable (job performance). The Regression equation of Model 1 is y=3.232-0.127x; Model 2 have one independent variable (job satisfaction) and one dependent variable (turnover intention). The Regression equation of Model 2 is y=21.840-1.176x; Model 3 have two independent variables (turnover intention and job-related collective efficacy) and one dependent variable (job satisfaction).
